• Lead the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for Microsoft 365 adoption • Produce high-quality HLDs, LLDs, migration blueprints and technical governance documentation • Define security, compliance, retention, data governance and lifecycle strategy in line with best practice • Own the migration strategy for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams workloads • Assess legacy environments, perform gap analysis and define remediation sequencing • Guide engineers executing migrations — acting as senior technical escalation and approval authority • Oversee delivery of M365 services including: – Exchange Online migration (hybrid, staged or cutover) – SharePoint Online transformation & information architecture – OneDrive for Business rollout & adoption – Teams deployment, governance, external access & lifecycle control • Lead implementation of Microsoft Purview: DLP, sensitivity labels, retention & compliance policies • Work with customer stakeholders to define business outcomes and cloud adoption strategies • Present architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Working within the Infrastructure Team and reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will play a key role as a Microsoft 365 Consultant. • You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft 365 transformation programmes for customers transitioning from on-premises environments into a modern cloud-driven workplace. • You will be responsible for producing High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), migration strategies, governance frameworks, and leading technical workstreams to ensure successful delivery. • You will act as the senior authority across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Microsoft Purview — providing guidance to project engineers, shaping the technical direction, and engaging with stakeholders to architect secure, scalable, adoption-ready solutions.

• Conduct and lead the design workshops, diligently capture the business requirements, evaluate complex business challenges in the supply chain domain, and create the technology leading solutions. • Works with business and IT stakeholders to develop TMS solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, processes, and workflows. • Analyze transportation performance and recommend configuration enhancements & process optimizations. • Document business requirements, integration requirements, reporting requirements, and use cases. • Lead implementation from initial project conception through final installation. • Design, configure, and Implement Manhattan Associates TMS functions. • Consistently determine how to maximize business value and optimize cost from Manhattan Associates TMS.

• Define and evolve the architecture of strategic platforms, ensuring a long-term vision • Establish standards and best practices (APIs, integrations, security, observability, and cost) • Support teams with technical guidance, conducting architecture reviews in an agile manner • Work closely with business leaders, connecting strategy with technical decisions • Design AI and agent solutions (orchestration, memory, tools, and control plane) • Structure the full LLMOps lifecycle (models, RAG, evaluations, monitoring, and security) • Translate business challenges into scalable solutions, balancing cost, performance, and quality • Anticipate risks (such as hallucination and compliance) and define practical solutions • Lead technical decisions and trade-offs focused on impact and outcomes • Create clear and measurable architectural roadmaps
