Senior Software Engineer, Partnerships & Integrations – Open-Source

CopilotKit

• Build and maintain integrations with agent frameworks and model providers, including AG-UI protocol adapters • Design clean, idiomatic APIs that feel native to each framework while maintaining ecosystem consistency • Own full integration lifecycle: research, prototyping, implementation, documentation, and maintenance • Work directly with partner teams to coordinate releases, resolve compatibility issues, and influence roadmaps • Create comprehensive examples and guides for rapid adoption • Monitor ecosystem trends and identify high-value integration opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Track record building integrations, SDKs, or libraries that connect disparate systems
  • Strong TypeScript expertise (3+ years); Python proficiency is a plus
  • Experience rapidly learning new frameworks and APIs (you have a system for this)
  • Comfort working across multiple codebases and languages simultaneously
  • AI-native workflow with demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for exploring APIs and accelerating context-switching
  • Clear communication skills for cross-team/cross-company collaboration
  • High independence and ability to drive projects end-to-end
