Partnerships & Community Lead

CopilotKit

• Represent growth in strategic partner meetings: Join Tier 1 meetings (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle) to identify collaboration opportunities and turn technical wins into ecosystem moments • Own co-marketing partnerships end-to-end: Build relationships with ecosystem partners (PydanticAI, Mastra, CrewAI, etc.), propose collaborations, and execute from first email to published content • Be CopilotKit's presence in SF: Run our events (venue sourcing, logistics, Luma, merch), attend ecosystem events, and support engineers at conferences • Act as ecosystem antenna: Surface opportunities, relationships, and intelligence from the SF AI community back to the team

Job Requirements

  • People-first mindset: Warm, reliable, naturally good at making people feel valued — partners enjoy working with you
  • SF-based and plugged in (or ready to be): Comfortable attending 2–3 events weekly as CopilotKit's person in the room
  • Technically literate: Can explain AG-UI and hold conversations with engineers and developer advocates (no coding required)
  • High agency: See opportunities and make them happen without needing a playbook
  • Strong communicator: Draft co-marketing briefs, partnership outreach, and launch plans without heavy editing
  • Willing to travel occasionally for conferences and partner events
  • 1–4 years in engineer or partnerships, community, BD, DevRel at a tech company — ideally in AI, dev tools, or open source (non-traditional backgrounds welcome if you've shipped real work)
