Regional Growth Director

• Drive the creation, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the engagement strategy • Lead the long-term positioning and capture execution of Company product and services offerings • Oversee business capture opportunities • Assist in preparing bids and proposals • Leverage resources and knowledge of Insitu’s products, services, processes and operations • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional customers • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders • Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and technical product leaders • Mentor and guide Business Development specialists
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a business development director or senior-level specialist
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
- General understanding of targeted customer and/or regional market
- Ability to balance enterprise, business unit, and customer goals
- Good interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and relentless customer focus
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in maintaining relationships with executives and customer decision-makers
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of customer business
- Deep familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process

• Own 120%+ Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across a defined portfolio • Drive expansion through growth opportunities like brand and geographic expansion or increased adoption • Lead renewals, pricing discussions, and long-term account growth strategy • Drive organic growth from existing usage revenue by increasing adoption, increasing visitor counts, identifying opportunities for customers to grow their revenues • Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
