Construction Manager, Superintendent
Enabled Energy, Inc.
• Manage specific projects on site under the direction of a Construction Manager • Ensure that each project is delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget • Actively participate in the installation of the contracted solution • Spend a majority of time at customer sites managing construction projects and developing relationships with local customer teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools
- Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.)
- Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.)
- Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire, stripping and landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc.
- Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.
- Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc;
- Strong supervision skills and work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Technical proficiency in construction and data center systems
- Skilled in subcontractor coordination and procurement
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Character Driven - Works seamlessly with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams, ensuring alignment across departments to ensure project success

- Preferred: Data Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc;)
- PMP or equivalent certification
