Project Manager, Member Virtual Hub

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of the Virtual Member Hub initiative from discovery through early adoption. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, documentation, and reporting structures using existing project management tools (Asana) when able. • Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, Membership priorities, and funder commitments. • Establish project governance, decision-making protocols, and escalation pathways. • Manage vendor and stakeholder relations throughout project phases. • Coordinate virtual and/or in-person meetings that advance project goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4–6+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably involving digital platforms, systems, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and external partners, including RFP processes.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong writing and documentation skills, including experience preparing reports for leadership or funders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment.
- Familiarity with higher education, membership organizations, or nonprofit coalitions strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
