Generator Maintenance Project Manager
Cat5 Resources
• Track, vet, and organize incoming Amazon work orders; ensure proper assignment to regional managers or CSRs; monitor progress and reconcile completed work. • Coordinate technician schedules, secure necessary equipment (e.g., load banks), and proactively communicate with Amazon contacts to confirm site access and due dates. • Maintain spreadsheets and databases linking Amazon and internal work order numbers; generate weekly status reports and update equipment records (serial numbers, asset details). • Act as the gatekeeper for Amazon-related emails and updates, triaging and directing information to appropriate regional teams; escalate issues and clarify requirements with Amazon as needed. • Ensure accurate entry of order charges, including uplifts for additional site work, overtime, or equipment discrepancies; coordinate corrective quotes for parts and additional services. • Identify workflow gaps, propose solutions, and help develop standardized procedures for recurring tasks, including site visits, inspections, and PM scheduling. • Support training of new team members or CSRs on Amazon processes and systems; collaborate with experienced staff to refine best practices. • Maintain technician, client and work compliance as determined by client and internal requirements.
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience handling high-volume, complex workflows.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet/database management and report generation.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in cross-team and client-facing contexts.
- Ability to adapt to evolving processes and troubleshoot system inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with generator maintenance, site logistics, and related technical documentation is preferred.

Role Description We are currently seeking an amazing Creative Resource Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on resourcing for the 21Grams Creative team within Real Chemistry, working closely with Project Managers, Account Leads, and Creative teams. The Creative Resource Manager analyzes, evaluates, and plans creative resourcing needs to ensure project success and creative excellence. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and growing Resource Management team! This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. Responsibilities - Resource Management: - Help manage and inform resource forecasts, staffing needs, and allocations. - Manage operational effectiveness of our processes related to resourcing, budgeting, and forecasting for our Creative teams. - Optimize resource billability by ensuring a balanced mix of permanent and freelance resources. - Report on resource plans, forecasts, and freelance costs. - Workforce Planning: - Liaise with Project Management and other departments to maintain and socialize a forecast of resource requirements weekly for projects over the coming months. - Identify in advance where demand for resource cannot be met internally, due to capacity or skill constraints. - Business Partner: - Act as the business partner in optimizing staffing efficiencies, helping to develop and implement Creative Resourcing processes and structures. - Work with client finance to track and forecast shared revenue and to report on profitability. Qualifications - Negotiation and conflict management: ability to achieve the best possible outcome in every negotiation and to anticipate, defuse, and resolve conflicts. - Analytical capabilities: ability to compile and analyze key information, issues, and trends, creating effective operational reports to provide further insights. - Business partnering: ability to maintain in-depth knowledge of Real Chemistry’s service offerings in order to partner with creative teams and leads. Requirements - 3-4+ years of experience in a Creative Resourcing role within a healthcare Advertising/PR agency. - Understanding of healthcare specific regulations in relation to timelines, budget, and legal considerations. - Critical thinking skills and strong financial acumen are a must to succeed in this role. - Experience working in rapid-growth companies or agencies; experience working in a dynamic and fluid environment where clear structure and process may not always be apparent also necessary. - Impeccable organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience working in Workfront a plus. - BA or higher in an applicable field preferred.
