• Ensures projects are completed on time and within scope with exceptional client experience • Ensures projects adhere to defined policies and procedures and all documentation is maintained appropriately • Manages multiple projects and project types, including internal and external coordination of various tasks and impacts between projects • Coordinates between technical and operations departments to ensure accurate allocation of resources, equipment, meetings, and any other additional information, related to the execution of professional services projects • Leads internal project meetings and ensures tasks/deadlines are met • Establishes themselves as the main point of contact for clients during projects • Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures • Organizes, prepares for, executes, documents, and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings • Predicts project scope changes and works with stakeholders to approve change orders • Assesses project risks and issues, provides solutions where applicable • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed towards the best outcomes possible • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective • Conduct Lessons Learned Meetings and documents findings, presents to management • Communicates project statuses openly and often to clients to ensure clients are up to date on project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business or related field
- Certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) a plus.
- 5-7 years of project management experience
