Engagement Analyst
Innovu
• Support the Director of Partner Analytics to include, but not limited to, client engagement preparation, book of business management, ad-hoc reporting and other projects as assigned • Perform analysis relevant to a client’s healthcare data, including standard monthly reporting and benchmark analytics • Conduct live training sessions on the Innovu Lens platform for external users • Conduct training sessions for new Innovu employees • Monitor, research, triage, and help resolve client data issues on an ongoing basis • Provide continuous client support and value to the platform only clients • Contribute to the sales and key account management process by assisting sales demos of the Innovu Lens platform, producing preliminary benchmark analytics, RFP support, and ad-hoc reports • Proactively identify & triage issues, propose solutions, balance competing priorities, and accomplish goals on schedule • Become proficient within the Innovu Lens platform to contribute to product development and to fulfill job responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working with medical and/or Rx claims, enrollment, and other benefit or risk data
- Client / Account Management or business analysis background
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver complex information to groups of varying sizes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce high quality deliverables
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience interpreting and drawing conclusions from data
- Experience with project management
- Ability to learn and adapt to new priorities, processes and technologies
- Ability to be investigative, detail oriented, and process oriented
- Willingness to work cross-functionally with other teams and help Innovu improve its business model
- Approaches all work with a team-based/collaborative orientation.

Act as a liaison between these groups and ensure comprehensive and timely communication of projects to all relevant stakeholders. • Gain a deep understanding of evermore’s existing tools and program management infrastructure, which will allow you to develop strategies to improve our program efficiency, drive the implementation of new solutions, and ensure updated processes are aligned with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Conduct behavioral threat assessments involving threats toward self, others, employees, executives, facilities, or operations. • Identify, investigate, analyze, and manage complex domestic and international threat cases from triage through closure. • Perform investigative information gathering, including OSINT research • Produce timely, concise, and actionable written threat assessment reports to support cross-functional decision-making. • Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential case documentation in accordance with program standards. • Coordinate with internal partners, including Customer Support, Physical Security, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders. • Liaise with external partners, including local and international law enforcement, emergency services, and investigative vendors, as appropriate. • Participate in cross-functional syncs, case consultations, and peer reviews to strengthen threat assessment capabilities. • Support program development through workflow creation, methodology research, process improvements, and administrative support. • Participate in after-hours or non-traditional schedules, including on-call or emergent response rotations, as required. • Conform with and abide by all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
