• Maintain and extend existing data mart builds: claims aggregation, financial metrics, clinical metrics, and curated analytical tables that power Innovu’s SaaS platform • Author, test, and maintain metric SQL templates against Innovu’s canonical data model (medical claims, pharmacy claims, eligibility, provider, plan design) • Build and maintain data pipelines in Python and SQL (Redshift, PostgreSQL, S3-based integrations) • Profile and validate third-party data feeds during vendor onboarding (new data sources land regularly) • Investigate data quality issues from warehouse transformation logic through final output • Produce analytical deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders (PMPM trending, cohort analysis, cost drivers) • Write clear documentation for metric definitions, data lineage, assumptions, and known limitations • Participate in monthly rotation for support triage (incoming tickets), release management, and mart build monitoring • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards
• Lead the bi-weekly payroll processing submissions to Innovu’s payroll processor, Paylocity, in a consistently correct manner. • Maintain employee records, including new hire setups, terminations, salary adjustments, and tax elections. • Review and verify timesheets; resolve discrepancies with managers as needed. • Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding paystubs, taxes, or timesheets. • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information. • Review payroll tax filings prepared by our payroll processor, ensuring their correctness, and make state tax registrations for income tax withholdings and State Unemployment. • Complete other payroll related submissions and transmissions such as 401k contributions, HSA submissions, etc. • Ensure all payroll activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. • Update Innovu’s archives to ensure that all payroll, payroll tax and benefit records are properly archived. • Manage the administration of benefit programs including, but not limited to, utilizing benefit carrier websites, reconciling payroll and benefit vendor invoices for accuracy. • Partner with HR to resolve discrepancies. • Administer the Concur expense platform, including reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with Innovu's expense reimbursement policy, and coordinating timely reimbursement through payroll. • Based on hiring forecasts, forecast the future payroll cash requirements accurately in support of Innovu’s cash forecasting. • Support the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle by updating the vacation accrual, payroll liabilities, and performing other financial reporting duties. • Lead year-end payroll activities (e.g., W-2 preparation)
• Support the Director of Partner Analytics to include, but not limited to, client engagement preparation, book of business management, ad-hoc reporting and other projects as assigned • Perform analysis relevant to a client’s healthcare data, including standard monthly reporting and benchmark analytics • Conduct live training sessions on the Innovu Lens platform for external users • Conduct training sessions for new Innovu employees • Monitor, research, triage, and help resolve client data issues on an ongoing basis • Provide continuous client support and value to the platform only clients • Contribute to the sales and key account management process by assisting sales demos of the Innovu Lens platform, producing preliminary benchmark analytics, RFP support, and ad-hoc reports • Proactively identify & triage issues, propose solutions, balance competing priorities, and accomplish goals on schedule • Become proficient within the Innovu Lens platform to contribute to product development and to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Research Accounts, identify key market players and generate interest • Develop and receive leads from our institutional, business groups on health and key account areas. • Create and maintain a list/database of Advisors and prospective clients utilizing Zoho CRM • Identify prospects and lists • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identify sales opportunities • Develop & execute prospect contact strategy through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Leverage marketing materials and campaign capabilities to drive sales activity • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process • Set up appointments, tee up opportunities; follow up on leads from the website • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. • Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by highlighting the characteristics that make our organization unique. • Presenting And Delivering Information to Clients/Prospects • Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell our customers to compatible products. • Learn platform to be able to perform client demo’s and walk through sales materials (3 ring binder, HPT etc.) • Set up briefs/debriefs and aid in preparation of large proposals • Aid in preparation of sales materials (stewardship, sales presentations, marketing materials) • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty • Onboarding – work with Managing Director (MD) and Account Management teams to get to good order (order form, PIC, Account structures); • Attend Weekly Project Management meetings when appropriate • Ensure kickoff calls are scheduled/attend; Ensure training is scheduled/takes place/attend • Work with MD and Sales Operations to raise issues, sales reporting, support tickets • Follow up on all escalations to ensure completion and communicate to MD • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support • Develop accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features • Organize client seminars/webinars, prep materials, invitations/logistics, set up briefs/debriefs • Provide assigned accounts with Quotes, Proposals, and Presentations for specific opportunities as needed • Develop relationships account management group of clients; get leads, maintain good relationship • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account onboarding for each customer • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss sales activities for the upcoming week • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics • Input and maintain record of prospective client information including contact strategy, sales activities and follow ups utilizing Zoho CRM • Support the Managing Director (MD) and Director of Partner Analytics to successfully win all renewals • Client RFI / RFP support: intake, answers, framing, and tracking to success of customer win & Innovu adoption.
