• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups • Keep clients informed on candidate progress and pipeline status • Own and maintain the recruiting tracker with accurate, up-to-date statuses • Review candidates sourced daily by recruiters and select the best fits for submission • Submit qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries • Track interviews, rejections, offers, and placements • Work closely with recruiters to clarify role requirements and priorities • Provide feedback to recruiters based on client responses • Ensure recruiters are aligned with updated job details and expectations • Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues • Maintain clean documentation and consistent workflows
Job Requirements
- Prior experience managing clients and candidate pipelines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or recruitment management (preferred, not required)
- Experience managing recruiters or recruiting teams (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with ATS systems, trackers, or recruitment CRMs (preferred, not required)
- Experience in agency or high-volume recruiting environments (preferred, not required)
