Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical projects and having customer facing experiences.
- Project Management experience in Cisco's product line (Routing, Switching, security and Unified Communication.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully drive projects to meet defined budgets and timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills; verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate within all levels of management within Presidio and customer organizations
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of cabling infrastructure a plus

Title: Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager Location: Washington United States Job Description: About the Opportunity: The Department of Housing Services is currently looking for a Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager to serve the mission of creating pathways out of homelessness, promoting housing stability, and investing in affordable communities for Washington County and our residents. As a Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager, you will guide the growth and development of the Departments' affordable housing and investment portfolios. You will identify, analyze, and develop properties for acquisition, preservation, rehabilitation and/or new construction, including investment properties where the Housing Authority of Washington County and/or the Department may provide equity, subordinated loans, tax exemptions, rental assistance and/or other services. You will manage a development team and complex real estate transactions, including low-income housing tax credit partnerships. Additionally, you will conduct and oversee staff work on all aspects of the real estate development including but not limited to acquisition, due diligence, financing, transaction structuring, predevelopment, permitting and construction, and operations planning, as well as facilitating approvals by and preparing reports for boards, funders, and investors.
