• Lead and scale a high-impact engineering team building Twilio’s core IAM platform capabilities. • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable access for developers and customers worldwide. • Lead engineers responsible for designing, building, and operating always-on, distributed systems. • Balance people leadership, technical strategy, and operational excellence while partnering closely with Product and cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years total software engineering experience with 5 years of proven track record of leading and managing software teams.
- Experience managing multiple work streams within the team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Technical Experience with REST APIs
- Programming languages: Java/GoLang
- Datastores like Aurora, DynamoDB Etc.
- Container technologies - Docker/Kubernetes.
- Modern automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- SaaS Telemetry and Observability tools such as Datadog, Graphana, Prometheus.
