• The Network Billing Manager serves as a strategic revenue cycle leader responsible for identifying revenue optimization opportunities across a multi-site fertility clinic network. • This role analyzes billing performance, uncovers lost revenue drivers, and develops data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and strengthen overall financial performance. • Working with a high degree of autonomy, the position partners with operational and clinical leadership to translate complex billing and reimbursement data into actionable strategies. • The Network Billing Manager prepares leadership-level analyses and presentations, drives revenue integrity initiatives, and provides ongoing clinic education on best practices to improve consistency and performance across the network. • This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who demonstrates strong self-leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence operational improvement across a multi-site healthcare environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Related Field or Business preferred; or five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Coding and Billing and Collections.
- Minimum of five (5) years of medical billing and coding experience in a multi-clinic physician group practice along with experience related to ASC (ambulatory surgery center) billing and coding.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a management position required.
- Preferred experience with practice management systems such as Medevolve and HST.
- CPC certification preferred, background in specialties including Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, and IVF treatments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ASC and physician practice charge capture, documentation and billing protocols.
- High School or GED is required.

Currently, the position is a remote work arrangement and qualified candidates must have access to home internet and a dedicated work space free from distractions. Team members must have excellent communication skills and be able to professionally interact with patients, clients, and colleagues. DESCRIPTION: Produce claims to payer specifications on an ongoing basis by performing the following duties. I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for data entry or processing billing charges on assigned sites on a timely basis. Review and audit charges to ensure proper Healix billing guidelines are applied and adhered to. Performs high volume processing of billing batches accurately. Special billing projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Discrepancies are researched thoroughly and corrected to ensure Healix’s policies and procedures are followed. Special billing requests are reviewed and implemented. Any violation of existing billing guidelines is reported to management. Work list items are reviewed, researched against billing guidelines and completed timely. Tracks un-billable charges or claims in accordance with Healix policies and procedures and notifies management. Reviews rejected transmissions for needed corrections in a timely manner. • Process billing invoices in Time & Billing or GL software based on Statement of Work or Engagement Letter, and discussions with Bill Manager • Assist with monitoring and researching items in Billing inbox • Assist with transition from decentralized to centralized billing process • Update client information as requested in Time & Billing or GL software • Research clients with outstanding receivables and work with Bill Managers on clients to be sent to collection agency • Clean up A/R activity on aging such as unapplied payments or submitting finance charge write offs • Assist with researching client balances included on the On Hold report • Monitor activity for clients sent to collection agency • Other duties as assigned
