The Mobility Outcomes Program Director builds and manages executive-level relationships within Nursing, Risk Management, and Finance to drive adoption of Arjo’s MOVE (formerly Diligent) Guaranteed Outcomes programs across targeted hospitals and IDNs in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role requires sophisticated, consultative selling in close collaboration with Arjo’s direct sales organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full sales cycle: identify and qualify opportunities, guide internal sales and clinical teams through the buying process, and close new MOVE program contracts. - Develop comprehensive strategic business plans for each opportunity, aligning sales, marketing, and finance resources to maximize contract success across the full product portfolio. - Initiate and facilitate MOVE discussions with prospective customers; deliver virtual and in-person presentations; conduct facility assessments; collect KPI data for proposals and financial impact modeling; and manage all steps to advance opportunities to timely closure. - Provide strategic direction and collaboration across internal teams to build and maintain detailed account strategies for key targets. - Cultivate strong relationships with regional decision-makers and influencers, driving actionable plans and measurable sales growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience selling medical devices or clinical consulting solutions to C-suite executives, with a demonstrated track record of performance. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com. - Exceptional presentation capabilities and strong financial acumen at the executive level. - Proven history of consistently exceeding quotas and business objectives. - Strong influencing skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
