• Develop and execute test plans for mobile apps, APIs, and backend services. • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across iOS and Android. • Validate UI/UX behavior, loyalty tier logic, screen flows, and messaging. • Log and manage defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence. • Test Digital Key provisioning, BLE interactions, access workflows, and device-credential flows. • Validate reservation ingestion, updates, and synchronization across systems (OPERA, RESERVE, UPMS, OXI). • Troubleshoot failures using logs, proxy tools (Charles/Proxyman), SDK behavior, and backend data. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA Automation, and Property Systems teams. • Support hotel-facing teams with scenario validation and issue reproduction. • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and QA knowledge base content. • Monitor QA/UAT environment health and support readiness for mobile releases.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years testing mobile apps, APIs, or enterprise systems
- Experience with iOS/Android QA and backend validation
- Familiarity with debugging tools (Charles, Proxyman, device logs, Datadog)
- Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BLE-based Digital Key or mobile access systems

The Opportunity: Avantor is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst II to lead investigations and partner directly with our customers to address order processing and distribution concerns across all VWR facilities in North America. In this role, you’ll work closely with department leaders to identify root causes, implement effective corrective and preventive actions, and strengthen the reliability and quality of our overall customer experience. Support Lead Auditors with various problem-solving principles, tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean principals, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.). - Collect, manage and maintain quality data/records, prepare routine/special reports and interpret such information to assess the health of our QMS and make recommendations to management. - Participate in the ongoing surveillance and recertification activities required to remain ISO Certified. - Supports commercial team as needed to include: preparing for and participating in routine customer calls/events (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, Quality Summits, Gemba Walks, etc.) - Attend and participate in departmental and/or corporate events (e.g., Town Halls, Management Review Meetings, etc.) and may serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Quality to support various continuous improvement initiatives, projects, Kaizens, etc. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Ability to travel 30%.
