With investment fraud and BEC scams at the forefront, the message is clear: the real estate sector remains a lucrative target for cybercriminals. At CertifID, we take this threat seriously and provide a secure platform that verifies the identities of parties involved in transactions, authenticates wire transfer instructions, and detects potential fraud attempts. Our technology is designed to mitigate risks and ensure that every transaction is conducted with confidence and peace of mind. We know we couldn’t take on this challenge without our incredible team. We have been recognized as one of the Best Startups to Work for in Austin, made the Inc. 5000 list, and won Best Culture by Purpose Jobs three years in a row. We are guided by our core values and our vision of a world without wire fraud. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to meaningful impact and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing security and fighting fraud. CertifID is on a mission to end wire fraud. As we scale our impact, we are looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to operate as a senior individual contributor and thought partner to Sales leadership—we need a strategic architect. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of RevOps to connect GTM strategy to day-to-day execution, ensuring Sales leaders have clear, trusted data and sales reps have systems and processes that help them sell effectively. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, owning complex problems end-to-end, and building scalable sales operations from the ground up. What You'll Do - Strategic Ownership: Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel and proactively proposing solutions to drive revenue growth. - Sales Performance & KPIs: Define, build, and operationalize core sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity. - Compensation & Incentives: Own the end-to-end administration of sales commission structures, ensuring tracking is accurate, transparent, and motivating for the team. - Tech Stack Excellence: Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, specifically Salesforce and Gong, to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. - Sales Methodology: Support the implementation and reinforcement of sales methodologies to create a predictable and repeatable sales motion. - Project Leadership: Own major initiatives solo—from selecting new vendor tools to redesigning the lead-to-cash workflow—with minimal oversight. Who You Are - A Strategic Thinker: You look beyond the "what" to understand the "why." You don't just pull reports; you provide insights that influence our GTM direction. - Startup Veteran: You are comfortable moving fast and staying proactive in an environment where the playbook is still being written. - Executive Presence: You are confident in a room with leadership, able to defend your data and provide pushback when necessary to protect the integrity of the sales process. - Relatable & Adaptable: You can navigate different personalities across the sales organization, from high-energy AEs to analytical finance partners. - Tech Savvy: You have a deep mastery of SFDC and experience integrating sales engagement platforms like Salesloft or Outreach. What We're Looking For - Experience: 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. - Individual Contributor DNA: You enjoy being "hands-on-keys" and have a proven track record of owning complex projects from conception to completion. - Analytical Rigor: Expert-level skills in sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management. - Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for stakeholders. - Experience in roles where you were the primary owner of Sales Ops systems and processes (not just a contributor). What We Offer - Flexible vacation - 12 company-paid holidays - 10 paid sick days - No work on your birthday - Health, dental, and vision Insurance (including a $0 option) - 401(k) with matching, and no waiting period - Equity - Life insurance - Generous parental paid leave - Wellness reimbursement of $300/year - Remote worker reimbursement of $300/year - Professional development reimbursement - Competitive pay - An award-winning culture Not sure if you check all the boxes? Apply anyway! We know that great talent comes in many forms, and we value potential just as much as experience. If you're excited about this role and believe you can grow into it, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for people who are eager to learn, adapt, and solve challenges—so if that sounds like you, don’t let a checklist hold you back! Change doesn't happen overnight, and the same goes for us here at CertifID. We evolve collectively and individually as we grow by leaning into the core values that define us. As we grow, we embody GRIT—collectively and individually—to raise the bar and influence outcomes in everything we do. Guard the Customer - Raise the Bar - Influence Outcomes - Teamwork Wins
