Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As an Associate Marketing Manager, Customer Marketer, in the Clorox Professional Business Unit (the B2B Business within the Clorox Company), you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives with Leading Edge Customers (LECs) in the healthcare vertical and execute programs that deliver on our Public Health purpose - to champion a cleaner and healthier world where everyone thrives. This position reports to the Healthcare Brand Manager within the Customer Marketing Team in the CloroxPro Business Unit. The Associate Marketing Manager (AMM), Customer Marketing will develop Customer Marketing strategies and programs for the Clorox Professional B2B Business Unit (CloroxPro) as a member of the Customer Marketing team. The AMM will partner with Customer and Field Sales teams to deliver integrated business plans based on strong insights. The AMM will also lead planning and execution for select healthcare trade show events and conferences (approx. 2-3 events per year). The AMM must be a proactive collaborator able to partner closely with Sales, Brand Engagement, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to drive Healthcare portfolio strategies and growth. This position requires direct interaction with and presentations to key customers and distributors. Interested but only meet some of the requirements listed? In this role, you will: - Develop and implement B2B customer-specific marketing plans based on strong customer and vertical insights. - Generate program ideas to drive business growth with national healthcare accounts and distributor partners, support the Field Sales organization by developing sell-in presentations and materials, product-related informational materials, digital shelf assets, and collateral for successful launches. - Monitor and measure the accuracy, visual adherence to brand standards, and performance of these assets for future optimization while working within an assigned budget. - Support the CloroxPro Marketing Team to ensure consistent look, tone, feel, and governance of assets and templates. The AMM will contribute to CloroxPro Marketing capability building, including processes, software, and other resources.
