Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to own the finance function end-to-end. You will be responsible for the integrity of our financial reporting, our internal controls, and the financial insight that drives decision-making across the organization. Experience in a software or SaaS environment is a strong advantage — revenue recognition, contract accounting, and accurate forecasting are central to how we operate. Job Description: Reports to: General Manager Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Close - Full ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, including preparation of accurate and complete financial statements in accordance with company policy. - Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining strong working capital discipline including cash flow monitoring and management. - Design and maintain management reporting that gives leadership clear, timely, and actionable visibility into business performance. - Maintain and continuously improve the internal control environment, keeping all documentation, policies, and procedures current as the business evolves. Operational Finance - Lead revenue analysis, P&L monitoring, pricing analysis, and performance tracking. - Drive the annual planning and forecasting cycle, partnering closely with the General Manager to set and track progress against the company's goals and objectives. - Provide the senior leadership team with the financial context they need to make sound strategic and operational decisions. Process & Continuous Improvement - Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and take ownership of improving them — from idea through implementation. - Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as directed by the General Manager. - Travel up to 10% for business meetings and reviews (may be higher for remote-based candidates). Valid passport required. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience; prior experience owning a finance function is strongly preferred. - CPA or CA designation required. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. - Experience in a software, SaaS, or technology company with exposure to project/contract accounting and subscription revenue recognition is a strong asset. - Solid working knowledge of IFRS is a plus. - Highly proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel and PowerPoint. - Clear, confident communicator who can translate financial complexity for non-finance audiences at all levels of the organization. Our platforms support frontline responders and leadership teams in environments where accuracy, reliability, and trust matter. Role Overview The Manager of Sales & Marketing is a hands-on revenue leader responsible for owning and executing Sansio’s go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Execution - Own new business SaaS revenue, upsell, and expansion targets - Actively sell into EMS and Fire agencies (municipal, private, hospital-based) - Run complex, consultative sales cycles - Build and manage pipeline forecasts, deal strategy, and close plans - Lead RFP responses, demos, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations - Establish repeatable sales motions (ICP, discovery, qualification, close) - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support retention and upsell opportunities Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation - Create and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends - Develop brand messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies - Manage content creation (blogs, email campaigns, presentations, ads, etc.) - Monitor and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal ROI - Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed - Own Sansio’s end-to-end marketing function - Drive inbound and outbound lead generation aligned to sales goals - Build clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation vs competitors - Manage trade shows, conferences, campaigns, and partner initiatives - Oversee website, content, email, and sales enablement assets - Ensure marketing activity produces qualified pipeline Revenue Operations & Process - Optimize CRM, funnel tracking, and reporting - Define and track KPIs (MQL→SQL, win rates, ACV, cycle time, churn impact) - Align pricing, packaging, and promotions with growth objectives - Create playbooks for new business, renewals, and cross-sell - Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and growth planning Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product team on roadmap input and feature positioning - Align with Professional Services on implementation and expansion strategy - Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints - Feed real market insight back into leadership decision-making - Support customer retention initiatives tied to revenue outcomes What Success Looks Like (First 12–18 Months) - Consistent, predictable pipeline growth and closed-won revenue - Clear, repeatable sales and marketing processes - Improved win rates and shorter sales cycles - Stronger differentiation in a crowded EMS/Fire market - Leadership visibility into revenue performance and forecasts Qualifications Required - 3-7+ years in SaaS sales and/or marketing, ideally in regulated or public-sector markets - Proven ability to close complex deals, not just generate leads - Experience selling to EMS, Fire, healthcare, public safety, or government buyers (strongly preferred) - Hands-on experience with CRM systems (SalesForce preferred) - Data-driven mindset with comfort-owning numbers and accountability - Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred - Experience in EMS, Fire, or healthcare technology markets - Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles - Experience scaling early-stage or growth-stage SaaS revenue - Exposure to professional services and expansion revenue Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings Available: 1
