Job Requirements
- 5+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, distribution, or amplification
- 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Ability to build a team, function, or workflow from scratch and know how to turn ambiguity into process
- Understand how to operationalize AI beyond 'I use it sometimes'
- Ability to build repeatable playbooks without building a bureaucratic nightmare
- Strong in cross-functional collaboration and can work well with creative, technical, and compliance-minded partners
- Understand how to measure what matters and separate signal from vanity metrics
- If working from a remote locale, can travel for required Marketing / occasional leadership or other in-person corporate events (<5%)
