Job Description This role is a mix of strategic and tactical, where you use your extensive technical and leadership expertise. This role owns the program, anticipates, and mitigates risks whilst balancing business needs against technical constraints. Project Manager is required to build strong relationships between Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, as well as various Business Operations, Finance, and Executives alike. Strong communication skills are a must. Responsibilities will include establishing commitments from dependencies, ensuring high-quality deliveries, and increasing the productivity and velocity of the team to implement strategy and execution. Responsibilities: - Support the planning and execution of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment to project goals, timelines, and business requirements. Track deliverables and resolve issues to maintain forward momentum. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other partner teams to define scope, dependencies, and timelines. Act as a liaison to ensure shared understanding and alignment across teams. - Maintain program documentation, facilitate team meetings, and support risk and issue tracking. Escalate risks or blockers appropriately to ensure timely resolution. - Identify and assess changes, and manage them through the established change management process. - Provide clear, concise program updates to stakeholders and team members. Consolidate inputs and data into meaningful status reports and dashboards. - Contribute to improving project delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. Recommend process adjustments to increase efficiency and scalability. - Leverage your technical knowledge to understand solution approaches, dependencies, and trade-offs. Participate in technical discussions and assist in translating requirements into actionable plans. - Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge of tools, processes, and domain expertise. Contribute to a collaborative team culture.
