Ideally you bring experience working in a biotech, pharma or scientific research-driven environment, and have the expertise in: - Applying systems thinking to diagnose organizational health and design interventions that address root causes - Partnering effectively with scientists, engineers, and business leaders to bridge disciplines and align diverse professional cultures - Coaching senior technical and organizational leaders to improve or sustain their impact - Leading large-scale organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives - Influencing senior leaders, constructively challenge perspectives, and build trusted executive relationships - Translating engagement data, performance metrics, and qualitative feedback into clear insights and actionable executive recommendations - Communicating complex ideas with clarity and precision in both written and verbal formats - Managing a Slack-intensive operating environment - Even better if you have a Master's or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field Working Location & Compensation: This is an office-based, hybrid position at either our New York City, New York, office or our HQ in Salt Lake City, Utah. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual base range for this role is $192,500 to $250,800 (USD).
