Job Description: Blue Water Thinking is seeking Schedulers to support the program management office (PMO) for an upcoming VA program. Schedulers will assist in planning, developing, and maintaining integrated program schedules across multiple initiatives and agile development teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain integrated program schedules - Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies - Coordinate schedule updates with project teams and stakeholders - Support schedule reporting and performance tracking - Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies - Support program leadership with schedule analysis and reporting - Ensure alignment between project schedules and program priorities Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field - 3–7 years of experience supporting project scheduling - Proven experience working in federal contracting - Expertise using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Ability to track and manage multiple project schedules simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting federal programs - Experience supporting PMO environments - Familiarity with agile development environments Eligibility: - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future - Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role Compensation: Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
