• Lead day‑to‑day project management across assigned accounts, ensuring timelines, workflows, and deliverables are clearly defined, communicated, and executed with precision. • Support on helping project teams prioritize tasks to keep teams focused on timelines and key workstreams, while proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining momentum. • Build and maintain project management systems (e.g., Airtable) that provide transparency into timelines, responsibilities, and progress for both internal teams and clients. • Serve as a point of contact for clients, fostering trusted relationships through clear communication, strategic guidance, and consistent follow‑through. • Ensure delivery of timely updates on project status, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance insights, ensuring clients and internal teams feel informed and supported. • Anticipate client needs and partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience. • Prepare and synthesize notes from interviews, events, and partner conversations to inform content development and strategic recommendations. • Support the Director, Program Management across projects (including setting up and managing Airtable to keep everyone on track and informed) • Coordinate across cross-functional teams in NationSwell to help deliver on the goals of the projects (e.g. working with the Programming & Events team to coordinate with speakers of events, Membership team to ensure communication on accounts are synced) • Support on billing, resourcing (internal staff & freelancers) and financial reconciliation activities
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in account management, project management, and/or closely related client services.
- Has experience managing complex, multi‑workstream projects in a fast‑paced or agency environment - strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Experience serving as a day‑to‑day client contact, translating client needs into clear internal direction with confidence and clarity.
- A self‑starter who brings solutions, asks smart questions, and takes initiative to keep work moving.
- Energized by wearing many hats and thrives in a collaborative environment to ensure the success of the project, the team, and the client.
- Brings a positive, steady, and constructive attitude to fast‑moving work, helping teams navigate ambiguity with clarity and calm.
- Skilled at coordinating cross internal & external teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Familiarity with financial processes such as billing, vendor coordination, and reconciliation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information from interviews, events, and partner conversations and craft clear, concise actionable updates for both internal teams and clients.

Role Description The Sr. Program Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the commercial team to enable hospitals, physicians, and referral networks to successfully adopt and expand histotripsy. This role bridges strategic market development with practical field execution by equipping account managers, hospital partners, and clinicians with the tools, resources, and data needed for success. This role will gather insights from the commercial team to identify high-performing sites, identify gaps, and develop scalable solutions that accelerate adoption, improve referral pathways, and build sustainable market growth. • Manage assigned Examination Development Committees (EDCs) consistently following uniform ICC departmental processes and psychometric standards. • Work with the EDC Chair and the Credentialing management team toward recruitment of members, preparation of agenda, meeting notices, training of members, and posting of minutes. • Monitor/report the quality of output and services provided by EDCs to management. • Use and master item-banking software in real time during EDC meetings, primarily via web/teleconference but occasionally in person. • Ensure all assigned examinations and items follow ICC-established rules of style, format, and basic grammar. • Monitor and provide periodic reports on the quality of exams which are assigned against quality goals as specified by management. • Assist to monitor the quality of forms which are assembled for assigned levels. • Monitor the quality of assigned examinations through use of examination administration reports, including item and scoring analyses. • Develop and maintain examination validation and other records consistent with departmental policy. • Provide quality reports for third-party accreditation. • Represent ICC as called upon for assigned clients and monitor quality of services provided to examination applicants by staff. • Provide written reports on the quality of examinations which are assigned in format and frequency as specified by departmental policy. • Monitor expenses of assigned EDCs and present ICC services to Chapters and outside agencies as assigned. • Provide reviews and reports on technical item challenges; keep documentation on assigned examinations and clients current. • Assist with research and development of technical, administrative, and business systems as assigned by the Director. • Perform other duties as assigned or requested when workload allows.
