• Design and redesign marketing materials in alignment with evolving brand guidelines during a company-wide rebrand • Create and maintain high-quality layouts including brochures, flyers, sell sheets, spec sheets, presentations, and other marketing collateral • Execute both structured brand-driven design and creative promotional design for campaigns and launches • Redesign legacy assets to improve usability, consistency, and future update efficiency • Prepare production-ready files that follow industry best practices • Contribute to creative concepting and visual direction for campaigns and promotional initiatives • Manage and organize digital assets to support efficient reuse and long-term scalability • Balance multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities without sacrificing quality • Use Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects • Proactively communicate progress, risks, and timing to stakeholders • Ensure files are accurate, well-organized, version-controlled, and production-ready.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator AND Photoshop
  • Strong presentation design experience in PowerPoint
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating: Layout-driven design, Brand consistency and Creative range across different asset types
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of work at one time with accuracy and speed
  • Experience working in Asana or similar project management tools to manage design workflows and deadlines
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in layout-heavy, brand-driven design work
  • Comfort working with imperfect or inherited files and improving them to best-practice standards
  • Strong communication skills and proactive working style.
