Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience, ideally in sales engineering, supporting merchants in SaaS and e-commerce environments, blending technical acumen with customer-centric problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, technical solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby).
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Implementation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills to build trust with merchants, simplify technical concepts, and drive alignment across diverse audiences.
  • Experience building repeatable frameworks, documentation, and best practices that scale Sales Engineering operations and improve team efficiency.
