Product Lifecycle & Release Operations - Design and maintain intake and discovery frameworks so that scoping and approval are structured and repeatable - Own the release calendar and act as the operational lead for GA releases across Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Support - Partner with Product Marketing to establish beta program frameworks covering eligibility, feedback collection, and handoff to GA - Define and standardize post-launch success measurement: KPI frameworks, instrumentation checklists, and post-launch reviews Planning, Roadmap & Internal Communications - Manage roadmap hygiene: track priority changes, document rationale, and keep downstream teams informed when direction shifts - Support quarterly and semi-annual planning cycles by coordinating inputs and tracking goal progress across the PM team - Own internal product communications including release notes, monthly updates, and stakeholder communications to commercial and client success teams - Support key product cadences including the 6 Week Product Line meetings with prep materials, agenda management, and action item tracking PM Enablement, Tools & Documentation - Own the Product org's documentation: PRDs, decision logs, post-mortems, and process guides - Build and maintain templates and playbooks that reduce rework and raise consistency across the team - Administer and optimize the product tool stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and build dashboards that give leadership visibility into portfolio health - Manage software capitalization tracking in compliance with finance requirements - Support PM onboarding so new hires ramp quickly on processes and tools Insights & Market Intelligence - Aggregate customer feedback from support tickets, NPS, sales calls, and user research into a structured, accessible repository - Maintain a competitive tracking process and surface relevant market developments to the team on a regular cadence Who You Are: - 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a closely adjacent role (TPM, Product Management, Business Operations) at a B2B SaaS or tech company - Strong command of Jira and product tooling, including dashboards, workflows, and automations - Cross-functional experience working with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Finance - Excellent written communication skills; able to turn ambiguous requirements into clean process documentation - Demonstrated ability to build systems and frameworks, not just manage tasks - Comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and structure has to be earned - Familiarity with software capitalization (ASC 350-40) in a SaaS context nice to have - Experience coordinating tiered release strategies alongside Product Marketing - Background in Agile/Scrum environments a plus - Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or similar) where compliance is embedded in the development process DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $110,000 - $135,000. As a Thimble Seamstress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing alterations and repairs on garments at your home workspace. Requirements: - You must own a sewing machine at home, as this is a work from home position. - At least 3 Years experience as a seamstress/performing formal dress alterations. - Proven experience working with Bridal, Prom or Evening Dresses is preferred. - Proficiency in using sewing machines and other alteration tools. - Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements. - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating fabric requirements. - Ability to maintain high-quality standards. - Strong communication and customer service skills. Role Overview The Platform Operations Associate (Salesforce Administrator) will own operational support for the Mariner’s current Compass Salesforce org and any upcoming orgs as designated with the firm strategy, managing user requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering reporting and light automation enhancements. This individual will act as the front line for Salesforce cases and ensure that the system continues to meet business needs effectively and efficiently. This is a highly internal-facing role, working directly with business teams to resolve access, reporting, and system issues.
