Duties and Responsibilities Enterprise Systems Strategy & Governance - Define and execute the enterprise systems strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities. - Provide leadership and oversight of core enterprise platforms including Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and related applications. - Ensure enterprise systems support integrated, end-to-end business processes across finance, HR, customer engagement, and operations. - Lead system implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives. - Establish governance models for enterprise systems including change management, release management, and platform standards. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing agreements. Enterprise Data Strategy - Develop and implement an enterprise data strategy that positions data as a strategic organizational asset. - Establish and lead data governance frameworks, including policies for data ownership, quality, stewardship, and lifecycle management. - Drive initiatives for data integration, reporting, and analytics enablement across enterprise platforms. - Partner with business leaders to improve data-driven decision-making and operational insights. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory data requirements. Platform Integration & Architecture - Oversee integration between enterprise platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. - Partner with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure systems align with enterprise technology standards. - Support development of scalable architecture for enterprise applications and data platforms. Leadership & Team Development - Lead and develop a team responsible for enterprise systems administration, application support, and data services. - Establish performance goals and operational metrics for system performance and data quality. - Foster collaboration between IT teams, analytics teams, and business stakeholders. - Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Business Partnership - Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units for enterprise systems and data initiatives. - Translate business requirements into technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance. - Support digital transformation initiatives through modernization and optimization of enterprise platforms.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA, Information Systems, Data Management, or related discipline) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or enterprise architecture leadership

- Compensation & Benefits
- Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $122.5K - $180K. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.

Role Overview As Senior Director, Account Management you will be accountable for Sodexo’s largest and most complex Healthcare client relationships—enterprise accounts with $50M+ annual revenue, typically spanning multiple sites, multiple services, and system-level stakeholder groups. This role reports to the CMO and serves as a key market-facing evangelist for SuccessKPI. This role is an individual contributor with influence. What You’ll Do: Product Marketing & Messaging Strategy - Strategy – Drive product marketing direction for SuccessKPI, collaborating closely with Product, Sales and other marketing functions including digital marketing, event marketing, and external consultants. - Product Roadmap – Partner with the Product organization to help shape product strategy and roadmap priorities based on competitive intelligence and market insights that create\ current and future market opportunities. - Market Opportunities – Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, usage and buying behaviors, and the partner ecosystem to identify opportunities and drive demand for SuccessKPI solutions. - Analyst Relations – Lead SuccessKPI’s analyst relations strategy and interactions with key industry analyst firms. - Category Leadership – Develop market-leading initiatives that differentiate SuccessKPI globally through strategic partnerships (local and global), innovative campaigns, and an insight-led marketing approach. - Knowledge Creation – Educate the market on SuccessKPI’s technical value through demos, white-papers, workshops, presentations, technical blogs, and other thought leadership assets that drive engagement and visibility. - Sales Development – Develop product marketing strategies for new prospects and existing customers Organizational Enablement - Product and Go-To-Market Approach – Support and refine go-to-market initiatives in partnership with GTM teams by developing collateral, including case studies, web content, solution briefs, presentations, data sheets, sales playbooks, and whitepapers for global use. - Sales Enablement – Assist sales with target profiles, training programs, and sales tool kits. Analyze win/loss insights and syndicate best practices across the organization. - Insight-Led Marketing – Develop and operationalize an insight-led marketing framework that informs content and campaign strategy across the funnel from top-of-funnel engagement through to bottom-of-funnel conversion. - Event Enablement – Partner with events and tradeshows to shape messaging frameworks, keynote/panel execution, and supporting content to maximize event ROI and strengthen market positioning. - Engagement Activations – Support monthly webinars, case studies, and industry/product roundtables designed to drive engagement, education, and pipeline growth. Customer Insights and Research - Customer Insight – Gather and synthesize insights from customers and prospects to inform product roadmap prioritization, gap analysis, and differentiation strategy. - Customer Use Cases – Develop industry and solution-focused use cases, demo scenarios, and sandbox environments that showcase platform capabilities and reporting outcomes within a clear problem-solution framework. - Competitive Intelligence – Build competitive intelligence briefs and battlecards to guide sales strategy and inform marketing messaging. - Third-Party Market Research – Establish a recurring cadence of internal and external communications informed by industry research publications to drive organizational knowledge, sales enablement, and product innovation. - Customer Segmentation – Use customer, partner, and competitive research to influence product strategy and messaging. Develop customer personas and segmentation frameworks to support targeted product launches and campaign execution. What You’ll Bring: - 8+ years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions within the software industry, preferably within enterprise SAAS. - 5+ years working in the contact center industry is required - Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and translate them into compelling, commercial, customer-focused communications - Data-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in using metrics to inform strategy and decision-making - Experience presenting product marketing plans and strategic concepts at board level - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams - Comfortable presenting to audiences virtually and in-person. - Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, sales teams and customers - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - You share our values and work in alignment with them What Success Looks Like in Year 1: - By the end of the first year, the PMD will have: - Established clear, differentiated positioning and messaging across the SuccessKPI portfolio, aligned globally across Product, Sales, and Marketing. - Elevated SuccessKPI’s market presence through stronger analyst engagement and thought leadership initiatives. - Revised core content on the website and in sales-enablement assets (product datasheets, etc.) - Built a scalable go-to-market framework that strengthens product launches and improves sales enablement effectiveness. - Implemented a structured competitive intelligence and win/loss program that informs roadmap and revenue strategy. - Embedded customer insights and segmentation into product planning and campaign execution. - Demonstrated measurable impact on pipeline growth, sales velocity, and cross-sell opportunities About SuccessKPI Inc.: SuccessKPI is a rapidly growing and thriving business providing an AI Rich, pure SaaS analytics and automation platform for contact centers.
