• Own and continuously improve the operating model and forecasting engine across Retail, DTC, and Amazon • Run Month’s End Close and forecasting process from start to finish • Build standardized retailer/channel P&Ls that clearly show full gross-to-net economics • Develop and maintain trade spend ROI models by customer and promotion type • Build and own a company-wide omnichannel Analytics Engine that unifies DTC, Amazon, and Retail performance • Identify repeatable workflows and implement scalable automation with strong controls and documentation • Deliver decision-grade analytics across channel/customer/product • Foster a culture of financial excellence and continuous improvement • Evaluate and help shape the company’s capitalization strategy • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper GAAP treatment of expenses and expenditures
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A/strategic finance at a CPG/FMCG company, or in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital with meaningful consumer/CPG exposure
- Proven experience managing and building financial Operating Models
- Demonstrated ability to implement workflow automation and AI-enabled processes to scale finance efficiently (hands-on with modern automation/BI/AI tools)
- Exceptional underwriting and investment-style analytical skills—able to evaluate initiatives like an investor (unit economics, downside cases, return profile, capital efficiency) and make clear go/no-go recommendations
- Tech and data-savvy with expertise with Excel, Quickbooks, Power BI, ERP Systems, and other finance programs

Role Description The Director of Corporate FP&A will lead our corporate financial planning and analysis function, managing a small team. This role is responsible for expense planning, Board reporting, and forecasting financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) for ConnectWise. The Director will oversee annual planning, monthly updates, and long-term forecasting, while facilitating impactful reporting for the executive leadership team. This position requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a clear understanding of accounting principles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Lead Corporate FP&A Team: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Lead, coach and develop team members. - Expense Planning & Forecasting: Own near-term and long-term forecasting for all three financial statements. Identify key risks and opportunities. - Financial Reporting: Drive monthly reporting, including financial analysis and insights for executive leadership and Board of Directors reporting. - Annual Planning: Oversee corporate planning processes, including expense budgets and long-range financial models. - Support Finance Business Partnering: Provide timely reporting and analysis to enable strong partnerships between Finance and each business function.
