Overview The Associate Email Marketer, Resident Solutions Marketing reports to the Sr. Director, Resident Solutions Marketing (B2C). The role of the Associate Email Marketer is to successfully coordinate, execute, and manage email communications. This position is ideal for a digital marketing professional with 3-4 years of experience in executing email marketing campaigns looking to grow their career in B2C and B2B strategic marketing in a fully remote role. Responsibilities - Use provided copy and direction to build content in InDesign as needed. - Build, QC, deploy email sends and monitor as needed to ensure no deployment issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute email marketing campaigns, including rounds of revisions and securing necessary approvals. - Manage multiple email marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and that emails meet quality standards. - Assist internal teams with reporting needs by helping compile performance metrics from deployed campaigns. - Engage with and build positive relationships with multiple internal teams varying in size, geography, and demographics. - Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, adhering to guidance on industry best practices for all email communications. - Identify and raise opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort for more efficient campaign execution. - Assist the resident marketing team in additional strategic initiatives. e.g customer journey evaluations, creative and channel testing opportunities, leveraging new capabilities, etc. - Assist customer communications by helping to track and manage deliverables. Assist in compiling and maintaining accurate email distribution lists by crosschecking Salesforce data with Customer Success inputs to ensure correct audience targeting. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. - 3-4 years’ experience in email marketing including building and deployment. - Proven end-to-end ownership of campaigns. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships across teams to launch campaigns effectively. - Experience with Email Service Provider platforms (Customer IO, Pardot, etc.) - Strong self-awareness to openly share and receive feedback and to pursue learning.
