The Crown Is Yours As an Associate, Listing Operations, you'll play a foundational role in shaping the products that power DraftKings' prediction market exchange. Sitting at the intersection of product design, regulation, economics, and sports, you'll be responsible for translating ideas into compliant, well-structured contracts that can scale in a highly scrutinized regulatory environment. From drafting contract specifications to anticipating edge cases and settlement outcomes, your work will directly influence what markets we bring to life and how they stand up to regulatory and economic review. What you'll do as an Associate, Listing Operations - Draft and maintain contract specifications for Exchange products, including settlement criteria, resolution sources, and timelines. - Generate and evaluate ideas for new prediction market products across sports and other domains. - Design market structures that balance regulatory, economic, and operational considerations. - Partner with the Regulation team, legal counsel, and external economists to ensure contract designs align with the applicable CFTC framework. - Prepare supporting analyses for regulatory filings, including economic purpose and bona fide hedging use cases, market size and demand assessments, and explanations of why contracts are not readily susceptible to manipulation. What you'll bring - At least 1 year in market regulation or compliance. - Familiarity with prediction markets, including contract structures, settlement mechanics, and edge cases. - Experience trading prediction markets or working in market design, trading, or product strategy environments. - Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate novel market structures and regulatory implications. - Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across regulation, legal, economics, and executive leadership teams. #LI-AC2 Join Our Team We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 61,600.00 USD - 77,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
