BC Project Manager

• The BC Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of Business Central (BC) implementation and related projects. • Ensure that the scope, resources, and budget constraints are balanced. • Create the project management plan and coordinate with the project Solution Architect. • Develop and implement project plans via the Western Computer Project Process. • Monitor the project budget and hours allocations, making any adjustments as needed. • Build strong and ongoing relationships with the client and provide follow-ups in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience including all aspects of project lifecycle execution.
  • Proven experience leading successful full lifecycle Dynamics ERP Implementations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and WC team members.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on Business Central.
