We provide a variety of Development Support Services (red tape related items) to local and national real estate developers, corporations, and other real estate owners on projects throughout the Metro DC area. Due to recent growth, we are seeking a to hire an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Permit Expediting team immediately to provide clerical and administrative support. They will review permit submissions, manage data logs and maintain an open line of communication between expeditors and managerial staff. Manage permit status logs. Prepare and send out detailed project updates to client team. Review permit submission packages to meet the requirements of the various jurisdictions. Review online permit tracking systems, prepare draft applications based on building plans. - Prints and delivers No Parking Signs to active job sites. - Process payments and applications at different jurisdictions Qualifications: - Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience. - Strong clerical and administrative skill set. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - Valid driver’s license. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Lead the fme team on designated projects to deliver work within schedule and budget. • Manage select high-profile projects for key clients, ensuring client success. • Follow processes and methodology for reporting project performance and satisfaction. • Establish governance structures and processes, leading regular meetings and reporting. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and communicate status. • Identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery, developing strategies for improvement. • Adhere to quality standards and confirm deliverables meet regulations. • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, implementing control processes.

Role Description - Own end-to-end delivery of product and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards; - Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Compliance etc) to deliver complex features and integrations; - Plan, manage, and track project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams; - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes; - Act as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear communication; - Proactively identify delivery risks and blockers; drive mitigation plans and escalation when needed; - Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to translate product requirements into actionable delivery plans; - Monitor progress using KPIs and delivery metrics; provide regular status updates to leadership; - Support roadmap execution and ensure effective prioritization across initiatives; - Contribute to improving internal workflows, documentation standards, and project governance practices. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in product or tech companies); - Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional and technical projects; - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery frameworks; - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences; - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar); - Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; - High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment; - Upper-intermediate or higher English (written and spoken). Requirements - Experience in blockchain, fintech, AML, or cybersecurity domains; - Technical background (experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations); - Experience managing integrations with external partners or enterprise clients; - Familiarity with data-driven product environments and analytics workflows; - Experience working in remote and distributed teams; - PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications; Your hiring journey (possible changes in the sequence) - Short call with a recruiter (call up to 30 minutes). - An interview with the Head of Operations and HRD (video call approximately 1 hour). - Final interview with CTO (optional). - Offer. • Manages basic translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle. • Assigns and manages the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers. • Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of projects. • Allocates resources on any given project. • Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries and cost to stay on plan. • Manages day to day relationship with client on project matters; including status reports and project solutions. • Facilitates effective communication within project team. • Ensures completion of all project-driven administration and financial processes. • Collects KPI data for assigned clients.
