• Supports external customers in growing their core business with accurate and insightful data analysis. • Knowledge of and experience with industry software tools to create, edit, and analyze complex reports, graphs, and presentations. • Client-facing with a deep understanding of manufacturer and retailer processes, available data, and client objectives to create compelling narratives that drive results. • Independently take ownership of projects to completion by effectively coordinating all the necessary resources. • Resolve complex, non-routine problems, and issues where no precedent has been established or exists with no supervision. • Build collaborative relationships with clients, engaging on key business issues and developing strategies, business cases, insights and recommendations to drive clients’ business. • Perform project management duties by executing project schedules and deadlines, monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems, and ensuring timely deliverables.

• Review client transactions, conduct initial analysis, and identify red-flags of suspicious activity that would warrant escalation for further investigation. • Assist with the identification and escalation of cases related to Fraud and other illicit financial activity • Use blockchain analytics to conduct blockchain and transaction monitoring analysis. • Ensure appropriate action is taken on accounts that have been escalated for investigation and SAR/UTR reporting. • Support the identification and escalation of any issues related to the systems and process used for the monitoring of transactions • Review monthly and daily transaction alerts, conduct due diligence and open source searches. • Support ad-hoc investigative projects, engage in the development of procedures, and lead the resolution of issue impacting Transaction monitoring functions as needed • Work and contribute in a team-oriented and collaborative environment to improve the analytical and reporting processes. • Keep up-to-date with crypto trends to stay abreast of emerging illicit financial risks

• Support Navitus' client acquisition and retention efforts by drafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents for a variety of client audiences. • Sales support activities can include project coordination (e.g., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordination), follow-up correspondence, and reporting • Utilize expert-level editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to ensure all written deliverables follow and demonstrate tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions • Proficiently understand and continuously develop knowledge of business units target markets and trends in those markets and how the products and services are/or may be utilized in the target markets • Utilize strong project management skills to initiate, collect and deliver on analytical tasks in collaboration with cross-functional SMEs • Demonstrate an attention to detail and strong time management skills by developing and adhering to stringent timelines • Support proposal content management and department processes to keep materials current and competitive • Contribute to the department goal of improved efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying and providing insights into streamlining departmental processes • Other duties as assigned
