Role Description To fuel our growth, we are looking for entrepreneurial, purpose-driven experts who share our vision of making mental well-being direct, approachable, and impactful. - Focus on prevention; provide guidance for everyday challenges. - Offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week. - Help clients set clear, actionable goals in each session (usually 25 minutes). - Support clients in building skills and autonomy for independent journeys. - Engage with a wide variety of people from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries. - Participate in weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development. Qualifications - Native-level fluency in Farsi. - Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). - Master's degree in Psychology. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience providing 1:1 consultations after obtaining a Master’s degree in Psychology. - Solid knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT. - Tech-savvy, with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems. - Have a laptop/computer with Windows 11, OR MacOS Sonoma 14, AND an antivirus turned on in your device. - Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to continuous learning. - A team player who thrives independently and takes ownership of personal and professional growth. - A natural connector: create a safe, supportive space for clients. - Live the "practice what you preach" mindset. - Freelance experience is a plus. • Provide concierge-level travel consultation for executive level travelers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring a seamless, high-touch service that exceeds expectations. • Accurately manage complex international bookings and exchanges, leveraging native GDS processes (Amadeus) to ensure compliant and cost-effective solutions. • Operate independently during after-hours coverage shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. • Deliver impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of service, including profile updates, fare selection, ticketing and post-booking support. • Proactively communicate with travelers, arrangers and teammates to ensure service continuity, accurate trip execution, and aligned expectations. • Take full ownership of the end to end travel experience - from initial request through trip completion and issue resolution - without the need for micromanagement. • Support and collaborate closely with peers in a small, highly dependent team environment; adapt to shift changes, share knowledge and support teammates when needed. • Meet and exceed KPIs related to accuracy, quality and traveler satisfaction. • Adhere to company standards regarding tool utilization, workflow processes, and attendance expectations. • Thrive under pressure, adapting quickly to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
