SAP ECC – S4HANA Data SME

• Support data profiling, data cleansing, and data migration activities to ensure readiness from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. • Contribute to data quality improvement plans, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and conforms to business transformation requirements. • Provide the Raytheon Business Unit with support to address data origin and data construction questions that may shape process alignment decisions across the business units. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical business requirements and ensure that data is ready for migration. • Work closely with numerous cross-functional stakeholders across the transformation program to ensure data mapping, transformation, and migration efforts align with business goals. • Travel ~25%
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Experience with one or more of the following SAP ERP application modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM), etc.
- Experience reading and writing SQL queries.
- Experience with data solutions/platforms. i.e. Snowflake, BW, Oracle, Fabric, etc.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Data migration experience with a Full Cycle ERP Implementation
- Experience with SAP data in at least one or more application modules. i.e. SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, etc.
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing and data migration tools (i.e. Syniti, SNP).
- Experience working in a complex SAP landscape.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working laterally across business units and corporate functions to achieve universal results.

Role Description We are currently looking for an SAP FI Consultant to join a brownfield from ECC to S/4HANA with a global end client of ours. - Support the Finance workstream during an SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversion. - Analyse S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) impacts, including simplification items and required changes. - Assist with finance data readiness, reconciliation, and validation (balances, open items, controlling objects). - Contribute to design decisions and configuration updates required for S/4HANA Finance. - Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and help resolve defects. - Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and ECC to S/4HANA conversions. - Knowledge of key S/4HANA Finance components such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, parallel ledgers, and finance data migration. - Solid understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and experience working in complex SAP environments with multiple vendors.
