Responsibilities - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients in understanding and navigating our financial products and services - Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction - Document client interactions accurately in our system - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive client support - Offer feedback on service trends to further enhance the client experience - Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues
Job Requirements
- Remote but must located in east coast time zone
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
- Familiarity with financial services or a relevant industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of excel and computer systems
