Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; selling on value and demonstrating commercial & industrial products.
- Previous experience with distribution channels.
- Technical aptitude to be able to sell a full product portfolio.
- Ability to build effective account plans, manage sales opportunities, and effective account management.
- Strong ability to communicate the value offering to all levels of end user management.
- Strong value selling skills with the ability to convert new business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and/or CRM system.
- Strong communication, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel overnight at least 50%.

Responsibilities: · Achieve sales quotas for bookings, revenue, pipeline growth and other related activity metrics. · Position Gordian as a leader in our business, offering unique, value-added products and services. · Engage in face-to-face selling activities with prospective and current customers across the SLED market. · Effectively manage complex deals with prospective and current customer including management of relationships to drive maximum impact across a multi-state territory. · Develop and define territory plan, prospecting strategies, deal plans, and client action plans within assigned territory. · Coordinate with Business Development Representative team to create effective target lists and territory strategy. · Identify, qualify, pursue, and close net new opportunities for customers, pulling in resources as needed. · Coordinate with operational and sales support groups to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solution. · Identify cross-sell opportunities and engage appropriate overlay resources. · Generate new accounts and revenue streams while reaching annual sales revenue goals. · Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers. · Schedule face-to-face contact with current or prospective buyers daily. · Stay current on market conditions, needs and competitor strategies, goals, and approaches. · Maintain pipeline opportunities and log all activity in the designated customer relationship management (CRM) system Salesforce.com. · Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of company solutions and competition in the market. · Utilize FBS (Fortive Business Systems) tools and practices. · Participate in ongoing training to increase professional growth and job effectiveness. • Design and continuously refine a standardized in-home sales process that supports consultative selling and customer trust. • Lead adoption of best practices and sales workflows across 14 brands, ensuring alignment with real-world field conditions. • Create and update a process playbook for in-home sales operations that can scale with company growth. • Oversee the AI sales coaching and analytics platform used by IHSPs and sales managers. • Continuously refine AI-enabled scripts, prompts, and learning loops to improve seller outcomes. • Build and lead the training curriculum for new and tenured IHSPs, including onboarding modules, shadowing protocols, and advanced techniques. • Conduct field-based coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and virtual clinics. • Analyze in-home sales performance across brands using Luxor CRM and other reporting tools. • Collaborate closely with brand leaders and local sales managers to tailor strategies to market and team dynamics. • Directly manage the Emergency Response Center Supervisor, providing coaching, feedback, and development support.
