Senior Property Adjuster – Commercial Insurance
Engle Martin
• Investigates insurance claims in various settings • Assesses loss or damage from events like weather, earthquakes, and fire • Conducts property inspections and photographs claim sites • Obtains necessary information from the claimant and experts • Recommends proper claim amounts to insurance companies • Prepares reports to insurance carriers outlining conclusions and recommendations • Submits reimbursement reports in accordance with policies and standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in commercial property loss adjusting; experience with catastrophe claims
- Knowledge of property claim law
- Active license in assigned state(s) or ability to promptly obtain
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and investigative skills
- Conflict resolution and persuasion abilities
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Xactimate, Corelogic

Requirements - Employees involved with financial examinations will be required to obtain the CFE designation within 48 months of employment.
