Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior HR relevant experience
- Broad HR subject matter expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner
- Strong business acumen and well-versed in data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed

Role Description To perform a variety of support functions in the service of the Human Resources department while actively contributing to an inclusive and cooperative team environment. Role Description The HRIS Analyst supports the HRIS suite of systems, identifying areas of improved efficiency, researching and resolving issues, building complex reports, analyzing and interpreting data, as well as the completion of various projects related to the system and process improvement. This position requires a blend of strong technical expertise, project management leadership, and excellent interpersonal communication skills to support internal teams and enhance HR operations. Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Performs System Administrator duties for HRIS system to include system maintenance, updates, release testing, and new feature implementation. - Manages execution of projects from requirement gathering, configuration, user acceptance testing, communications, and development of training tools. - Conducts continuous improvement projects to optimize system performance such as workflows, integrations, automated alerts, data flow, process execution and data integrity. - Develops complex ad hoc queries and customized reports to meet user needs; ability to analyze data, assess for accuracy, draw conclusions and provide recommendations. - Creates and maintains end user documentation ensuring a concise and professional presentation of materials. - Works closely with HRIS vendor to resolve issues, opens service request tickets and ensures resolution on open items. - Partners closely with key stakeholders to gain insight into how the system is utilized to help resolve issues and identify process efficiencies. - Provide general customer service to end users, researching and resolving issues. - Serves as back up for other HRIS staff, including conducting routine system maintenance and cyclical tasks. - Additional projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted for degree). - 2+ years’ experience in HRIS with progressive responsibilities; experience leading projects preferred. - UKGPro/WFM experience strongly preferred; Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP, etc. a plus. - Cognos, Business Intelligence experience strongly preferred. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.). - Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations. - Comfort with change, flexibility to adapt to changing initiatives. - Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain HR information in the strictest possible confidence. Requirements - Pay Range: $60,932 - $91,106. - CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. - For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. - The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
