As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing business relationships with corporate clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue and working closely with Client Success, you will ensure clients are attaining maximum value from BlackCloak, renewing their relationship with BlackCloak every year, and scouting opportunities for growth within established accounts. You should be the type of person who enjoys creating new relationships and fostering them over time. You will have a strategic mind - mapping out the champions, decision influencers, decision makers, and procurement personnel and processes within each of your assigned accounts - focused on making sure they all see value in their partnership with BlackCloak. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients as well as to your internal teammates in client success, sales, and marketing. What You Will DoManage relationships with key clients across industries - Create value-add through regular touchpoints - Craft compelling reports on utilization and value-add stories - Partner with the Client Success Team to deliver exceptional corporate and individual client engagement - Research and build new relationships within existing accounts, including with executive stakeholders - Collaborate with members of the BlackCloak Executive team - making sure every client has connections with our senior leadership team Achieve ARR goals - Create strategies and take necessary actions for maintaining industry-best renewal rates, on-time - Meet and exceed upsell targets Provide reporting and insights both across the company and your accounts to ensure all see the value and success of the program - Prepare and deliver ongoing account renewal and revenue expansion forecasts - Work side-by-side with account executives, bringing in new corporate clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process and transition to account manager - Provide weekly utilization reports internally - Report to clients monthly and quarterly, or weekly, as required. What You Need to be Succesful - 5+ years experience in software and/or SaaS sales to large enterprises - BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience - Track record of success consistently exceeding sales goals - Ability to travel within the United States - Experience with information security and online privacy a plus $70 - $80 a year Salary range published is base salary and doesn't include additional variable commission. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in software and/or SaaS sales to large enterprises
