React Native Engineer – Banking

ONE

• Ship high-quality features across iOS and Android for core banking journeys, including account funding, transfers, and card management. • Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to translate requirements into performant, reliable mobile interfaces with clear ownership from concept through release. • Employ best practices in testing and CI/CD to deliver with quality and speed, including automated unit and integration tests and release process improvements. • Improve mobile performance, accessibility, and resilience, instrumenting analytics and monitoring to ensure seamless experiences at scale. • Contribute to our shared mobile platform by adopting design system components, navigation patterns, and developer tooling that enable consistency and velocity.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience developing and deploying iOS and Android applications using React Native.
  • Experience building secure, user-centric financial or payments experiences, with attention to precision in money movement, error handling, and compliance-friendly UX.
  • Strong TypeScript and React expertise with proficiency in state management, networking, and native integrations; familiarity with GraphQL and React Navigation is a plus.
  • Proven track record of collaboration, documentation, and ownership in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
