Role Overview We are looking for a Local ERP Project Manager to become a crucial part of the Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you will lead local ERP systems at our client that are not yet integrated into the global template. Key Responsibilities - Project Delivery & Management: Oversee multiple activities simultaneously, including tasks, change requests, and critical incidents. Identify workarounds for system limitations and drive business process changes. - Timeline & Budget Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and specific components of the overall ERP roadmap. - Governance, Reporting & Documentation: Monitor delivery progress, maintain clear documentation, and communicate project status transparently throughout the project lifecycle. - Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Align efforts across internal departments (IT, Operations, Finance, HR) and manage relationships with external vendors and ERP integrators (SBO, ECC). - Training & Operational Support: Coordinate testing cycles, UAT, and go-live events. Assist local teams in adopting global solutions while addressing day-to-day operational issues and escalations. Requirements & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in either SBO or SAP ECC is mandatory.
