• Build relationships and reinforce value proposition to executives in client base • Develop and execute an account support and growth strategy within assigned accounts • Understand the client’s business through excellent discovery and interactions • Reinforce the Built value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives • Identify additional users, stakeholders, and build business cases for further adoption • Provide the highest level of support and partnership with clients • Identify and execute on growth opportunities • Host Quarterly or Annual Business reviews • Manage renewals and mitigate churn • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure great client experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years experience managing clients in a SaaS environment using a consultative approach
- Experience managing complex organizational structures using FinTech or PropTech services
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations
- Proven record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Unquestionable integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel
