Morty
• Own and manage end-to-end customer onboarding processes through handoff to customer success team • Serve as a key execution partner to the COO, driving operational priorities from concept to completion • Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth cross-functional execution • Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows • Track and manage timelines for licensing renewals and regulatory reporting requirements • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance obligations are met on time • Act as a reliable point of ownership for high-priority operational initiatives
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in consulting, banking, or startup operations
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with limited hand-holding
- High ownership mentality; no task too small attitude
- Calm, reliable executor who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Great with people.
- Willing and able to learn quickly. Self starter with a “No task is too big or small” attitude.
- Collaborative, team-centric mindset.
