• Full accountability for regional achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual topline revenue targets across assigned studios. • Monitor and analyze studio-level KPIs including conversion rate, average ticket, membership sales, package mix, and retention. • Conduct monthly business reviews with Studio leadership focused on sales results and performance improvement opportunities. • Identify underperforming metrics and implement corrective action plans. • Lead, coach, and hold accountable 5-7 Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors as primary performance drivers. • Conduct structured sales observations, role plays, and coaching sessions to improve close rates and sales effectiveness. • Develop individualized performance improvement plans when needed. • Foster a performance-driven culture centered on revenue growth and exceptional guest experience. • Partner with Recruiting to assess, hire and develop high-performing sales talent.

• Support daily studio functions including guest service, scheduling, inventory, and retail activities across Chapter locations. • Welcome every guest with professionalism and care, ensuring a consistent and elevated Chapter experience across studios. • Educate guests on products, services, and membership benefits to help drive rebooking, referrals, and overall guest satisfaction. • Fill in for key roles such as Guest Service or Studio Manager support to maintain seamless studio operations. • Maintain cleanliness, operational readiness, and adherence to Chapter protocols at all times.

• Conduct on-site CARES training sessions—classroom-style and experiential. • Shadow team members during consultations and guest interactions, offering real-time feedback. • Demonstrate effective CARES techniques and model consultative behaviors. • Lead daily huddles and micro-trainings that reinforce CARES principles. • Coach Studio Leaders on how to coach their teams with consistency and confidence. • Establish a studio-specific CARES coaching cadence (daily huddles, weekly skill sessions, etc.). • Conduct initial CARES diagnostic assessments for each assigned studio. • Identify behavioral and operational gaps impacting guest experience and studio performance. • Develop clear action plans with measurable targets and timelines. • Track and report progress to RBMs.
