You bring - DVM or PhD in Animal Science, Nutrition, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of technical/scientific experience in poultry or animal production industries. - Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, commercial applications. - Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences, from producers to academics. - Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and customer success. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to travel up to 50% and reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $127,000-$160,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
