Role Description The Luxury Vacation Planner supports clients by organizing elevated and well-structured vacation experiences with a focus on detail, organization, and personalized coordination. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review premium accommodation options, curated experiences, and planning details while ensuring all arrangements are clearly documented and carefully managed. Your focus will be on accuracy, organization, and consistent communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will coordinate accommodations, experience options, scheduling considerations, and planning timelines while following established procedures and quality standards. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high attention to detail. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you understand systems, expectations, and planning processes before supporting clients. Ongoing professional guidance is available to help you remain confident and consistent in your responsibilities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with detailed plans, supporting elevated experiences, and contributing to a refined and organized planning process in a structured remote environment.
