The Supervisor, Patient Accounting supervises assigned staff; manages the day-to-day billing and collections (or reporting and audit) activities of assigned area; participates in strategic planning for the department; serves as a technical resource to team members, assisting with tasks as necessary; communicates effectively with supervisor, staff, patients, third party payors and others to resolve problems and/or concerns.
