Recruiter LOCATION: Remote REPORTS TO: Chief People Officer DEPARTMENT: Human Resources TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10% We’re looking for a high-ownership Recruiter / TA Lead to build and run our hiring engine. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the CPO to bring in great talent while building the systems, structure, and discipline that make hiring scalable. You’ll own execution end-to-end, from sourcing through offer, while also shaping how we hire - improving processes, introducing structure, and ensuring we’re building a thoughtful organization. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset. You’ll take ownership of execution and continuous improvement across core people operations, while partnering closely with the Chief People Officer to align on priorities, pressure test ideas, and scale what works. This is not a traditional HR role - it’s for someone who is excited to take initiative and build. You bring vision and range across consumer touchpoints – equally at home crafting a campaign concept, directing a packaging design project, creating a POS or a digital asset or producing an event. You are a creative visionary who can help build a brand from the inside out and you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. Research and Development Manager LOCATION: Remote REPORTS TO: Chief Growth Officer TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25% JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY: Good Culture is looking for an R&D Manager to lead innovation and renovation projects through all phases of product development, including ideation/market research, scope, ingredient sourcing, formula development, scale up and commercialization. We are in search of someone who cares deeply about clean ingredients and real food and is motivated by the opportunity to build products that can actually change the food system. You bring strategic thinking, strong technical skills and a culinary approach to developing category leading products that keep Good Culture at the forefront of innovation. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop new product concepts from bench to commercial production by translating marketing briefs into technical features. - Lead rapid prototyping process, prepare and review samples with internal team and conduct external consumer testing when needed. - Oversee prototype sensory and analytical testing, data analysis, nutritional review, regulatory and label compliance assessment (Organic, Gluten Free, Kosher, allergens, etc.); iterate and troubleshoot to ensure concepts meet cost and technical parameters. - Develop new ingredient and product specifications and create label inputs; ensure the accuracy of final product specifications and provide recommended quality testing criteria. - Attend line trials and pilot runs. Accounting Manager Location: Remote Reports To: Vice President, Finance Department: Finance JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an active and engaged accounting manager to oversee daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations as well as enforce and ensure compliance with proper accounting policies and principles. This individual would serve underneath the VP of finance to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and support strategic decision-making process through data analysis and reporting. Location: Remote Reports to: Director of Operations Travel: up to 20% JOB SUMMARY: The Procurement Manager is responsible for end-to-end sourcing and category management of milk, ingredients, and packaging critical to cottage cheese production. This role owns strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, cost optimization, and supply assurance across conventional and organic dairy as well as primary and secondary packaging categories. The position requires deep understanding of Class II dairy economics, experience working with dairy brokers and farmers, and the ability to partner cross functionally to support growth, margin improvement, and operational continuity across the network. This individual will serve as the internal subject matter expert, overseeing the successful launch and adoption of the system across departments. The ERP Manager will act as a key liaison between users, ensuring our ERP platform drives efficiency, accuracy, and process improvement across the organization. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, project management expertise, and strong business process knowledge. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Operational and Capital Project Execution - Manage large-scale capital initiatives, equipment installations, capacity ramp-ups, and co-manufacturing partnerships - Own project financials: develop and track capital budgets, monitor actuals vs. plan, and ensure adherence to scope and spend controls - Track key project metrics including spend, schedule variance, and value realization against business case expectations - Coordinate with internal engineering, plant operations, and external partners (design/build firms, OEMs, contractors) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery - Organize startup readiness, including validation, commissioning, operator training, and transition to steady-state production Innovation and Commercial Project Leadership - Lead end-to-end project management of all operational aspects of new product development and innovation projects from concept through commercialization using a Stage-Gate framework - Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, & Quality to ensure successful, on-time product launches - Build and maintain detailed project plans that include timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies - Ensure projects align with overall business strategy and cost targets - Facilitate clear communication, manage cross-functional alignment, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage PMO Governance and Portfolio Management - Promote consistent use of project management tools, templates, and best practices across the organization - Lead Stage-Gate meetings and ensure documentation, reporting, and decision processes meet PMO standards - Maintain visibility of the full project portfolio, including project health, interdependencies, and resource needs - Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and key milestones. - Identify opportunities to improve project processes and communication across teams JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field. A concentration in Project Management is preferred - PMP certification or equivalent preferred - Familiarity with Stage-Gate innovation process is required - A Master’s degree or MBA is an asset, but not required - At least five to ten years of progressive project management experience in the CPG industry, ideally in food and cultured dairy manufacturing - Proven ability to lead both commercial innovation projects such as new products and packaging, and large operational or capital projects - Strong background in managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams - Experience working in food manufacturing environments, with dairy experience strongly preferred - Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth companies - Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing capital budgets and ROI & ROIC analysis - Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills at all levels of the organization - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet - Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity - Passionate about food, manufacturing, and continuous improvement About Good Culture: We believe that if you eat good things, and surround yourself with good, you’ll feel good.
